Ok everyone, back to the goal line on defense!!!

Ireland's tremendous acorn scores a crushing 3 points.

Thill is fine. Take a pill children.

Commentator states Thill has been great inside the last 2mins... WTF ???

Nice pick!

Again the coaching calls in Redzone is mostly poor. Nice interception.

Good coverage by ellerbe

Anyone who doesn't think Henne and Tannehill are the SAME exact players is delusional. I've seen enough of Tannehill! He is a middle to road to low tier QB.

Lets see if Tannehill can come up with something big. Jets jut gave a gift.

I see the Jets making a quarterback change at the half. Could spell trouble for those of us who entertain any fantasy that Miami could possibly win this game.

The defense is killing the Jints

Geno Smith has played as good as Thill to be honest, with less talent around him.

If you had any credibility left, you just lost it with this comment. Smith easily having the worst season in decades.

You guys that blame Tannehill are amazing. Tannehill is on pace to throw for almost 400 yards in this game with a crappy offensive line and no running game. Anyone that understands football knows that this teams shortcomings are as a result of poor line play and the lack of a running game.

Give this kid an effective running game and this is a playoff team.

Tannehill's talent knows no limits.

THILL IS NOT FINE Spillmar. You must be the one on drugs. LMAO

Wow so sad to see jets give up before half. smith benched?

Go for the end zone!

Try one deep ball now

I don't think Henne and Tannehill are the same. Henne was a statue without the potential to make plays with his athleticism. Tannehill is not, just looks like it.

Marco your boy Geno Smith Sucks!!!!

poor play calling. Need to go for the endzone

Not one shot at the end zone smh

Geno Smith has played as good as Thill to be honest, with less talent around him.

I would still cut Sturgis on Monday. Detroit is about to cut Akers.

Time for one more play but coaches are stupid

So ... we got a touchdown and missed the extra point ... let's look at that way ... it makes our offense seem less inept.

Henne = Tannehill no difference whatsoever

Tannhill is going to be a franchise QB. I don't care what you haters say!

They just have to put a team around him!

Lmfao. I bleed teal and orange but man we effing suck...honestly this is embaressing.

omg.... HOW MUCH IS THIS GAME SETTING THE STANDARDS BACK FOR NFL FOOTBALL!!!!

Tannehill IS the problem. Rich Gannon would bench him.

6 points by the half is 3 more than we planned on. I love it when a brilliant plan comes together. Philbin is going to pray for Ryan's foot fetish at half.

Truth ... not true ... Henne has a bazooka for an arm ... no evidence yet that Tannehill has that kind of arm strength. He MAY have it ... they keep TELLING US he has it ... we just haven't SEEN it!

Orlando what good is your QB if he can't get you in the end zone! You gotta be kidding me. The guy is a middle of the road to low tier QB, take your homer glasses off

Well I hope 6 points is enough, because the Offense is officially shutdown for the day. 2nd half break coming up!!!

Piss poor Dolphins! You should be up at least 3 TD's! Take a long look in the mirror at halftime and decide if you care enough to play out this season or if your just a bunch of underachievers!

SuperPHIN i feel u brother..lol and smh

Jets are still one pick six from taking the lead...Miami doesn't score in the 2nd half if anybody keeps track of 2nd half adjustments lmao!!!

OK, half time. Opposing team makes adjustments to win he game, and Miami makes no adjustments to lose the game. Considering they were up much bigger against other teams, no lead is safe.Sherman will do his best to out coach himself.

Geno Smith has played as good as Thill to be honest, with less talent around him.

A bazooka has more brains than a Tannehill.

TIme of Possession 24:12 5:48

As I said earlier....The Jets D will fade by the 4th quarter. Look for Miller to run wild in the second half

Mean while nick effing foles is lighting up somewhere wtf????

Wow, so many yards and so little to show for it. Tannehill is on pace for 400 yds.

superPHIN ... how dare you insinuate that the Dolphins don't make halftime adjustments! I have it on good authority that the Dolphins ask the other team what they can do to help the other team score more points ... and they make those adjustments! LOL!!!!

Orlando Dolphan, Thill can't throw over the top of the defender. That's a critical flaw that will make thill an average QB at best. We need a better QB

Fist pump anyone?

Dolphin baghead. I stand by my comment. Remember the jets defense is pretty good. Only IT not Aqaba fault - clabo's and revolving RB's great blocking.

What do you want when coaches call plays like this. I don't compare THill to top 5 QBs. That would be inane - his has about two years playing at this level - wait till next year.

What I do know is he has to get out of the pocket more. Coaches keeping his talent in a cage. Now Wallace is a joke. Pats will lose today and Brady May even go IR after the beating he is getting.

Bunch if freaking whiners. Marco, baghead and

That mean nothing if you miss throws in the clutch my friend, which Thill does time after time.

That lob to Clay was pathetic as were the other 6 times he missed wide open recievers, are you for real.

Thill needs a coach, Oc and QB coach. He makes some throws, but his focus is so inconsistent, its killing our season.

The line has blocked well and the WR's have got open all day long. Apologists always look the other way.

Tannehill 203 yards in the first half. It's not all bad.

BOTH TEAMS MAKING HALFTIME ADJUSTMENTS

Posted by: dolfnman | December 01, 2013 at 02:25 PM

thats been the norm by friend.

Tony Sparano has got to be loving this game! Both teams are running his type of offense! Gotta love those field goals! Now, where did I put the NoDoz?

Orlando D, I applaud your support for Tannehill, I would love for you to be right. Tannehill will get 2 more years as a starter. Sherman will eventually be let go and they will try to bring a QB coach that will help Tannehill with the deep throws. I personally feel, either they have the feel or they don't. Really cant teach it. Because you know they practice it all the time and I am sure it works in practice, but they need the touch during game time and that is something which is an intangible.

The only way we are still in this game is that Geno Smith sucks.

We have to start scoring tds. I don't know why we didn't go to the end zone at least once on that last drive.

Im watching two very inept teams who claim to play in the NFL. Id be very embarrassed to play for the Jets or Dolphins. Tannehill is begging for a DB to return a pk six from his many down and out passes to Hartline. Tannehill is doing his dead level best to not lose the game so he's not going to press his passing game, which I guess is a good idea. Sherman is also stuck in neutral with a very vanilla passing game. Thank God for Charles Clay. Wallace might as well be inactive for alls he's done or not done, but then again Tannehill isn't the most accurate passer on the field. If you guys in this blog still believe the Dolphins are a playoff caliber team, I do have some land near Big Cypress Swamp for sale. This is mucked up team playing another mucked up team. The announcers are having a hard time inventing "adaa boys" for the players....Ross I do hope your watching your team so inept they can't be another inept team.

Bill Cower was saying that Tannehill is just as bad as Gino Smith. Its True. Tannehill will be gone if we bring in a new coach next year.

Can someone find some wire to clamp Philbin's slack jaw shut? Thanks.

Thank you coach Cowher......

Tannehill is terrible.....he's just not Geno Smith Terrible....

Tannehill stinks. He's only able to make the short to intermediate throws. He's killing us with his inability to hit the longball. Several times the receivers had their men beat by several steps and he continues to miss them. That is unacceptable for an NFL quarterback.

We aren't going anywhere with this guy. I don't care if he piled up 200 meaningless yards. He needs to make the throws that account for TDs.
