Live blog: Dolphins at Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH -- Dimitri Patterson is active today. Daniel Thomas is active today.

The Dolphins are in the snow.

Nolan Carroll still starts at CB. Lamar Miller still starts at RB. (Obviously, Patterson and Thomas are available).

The flurries are falling steadily.

The media that reported Daniel Thomas was out for the year (The Sun-Sentinel and Palm Beach Post) were wrong.

The inactives: Pat Devlin, Jamar Taylor, Will Davis, D.J. Campbell, Danny Watkins, David Arkin, and A.J. Francis.

There is a live blog today. Join me on twitter @ArmandoSalguero:

YES

I got Clay on my fantasy

Great stuff.

Thill settled just as I hoped and we are in this game folks !!!

Come on Miami !!!

At least when pre-season favorites Texans started going south, they tanked all the way to a no.1 or no.2 pick. We instead will continue our great tradition of being just mediocre enuf to get either a middling pick, or make a bold move for Dion Jordan's injured cousin.

& no, this so-called td changes nothing

This is what HAS to be done....capitalize on every opportunity

Fins up to all the naysayers

if we can get the refs to stop trying to beat us, we could win this thing.

Marco, anything good to say about Tannehll yet? :)

Ditto.

RT > BB

Sturgis also

This is a game for Daniel Thomas. You have to run the ball between the tackles.

Tannehill has never cried after a game.

Need the D to keep playing. Get us the ball back again.

Gotta give the Fins credit, they are playing hard.

CLAY HAS ALREADY PASSED KELLER'S 2012 PRODUCTION

Nice, very nice.

Dusty, D Thomas is our best pass protector amongst the rb corp and they're going with EXPERIENCE over youth with Gllislee and Thigpen.

Plus, Miller does almost nothing running north/south.

Sam,

Ha ha.... yes

Thill will have to settle down soon. He is getting time again. The line are playing well, he really needs to hit the short stuff.

Why is Sherman going deep in these conditions ? Is Thill nervous today ? He hasn;t throw a solid pass yet ?

He settled down and started hitting the short stuff. I gave him props on his first short run for a FD, so don't go there mate !!!

Am I hearin positivity???

Like it or not,D Thomas is the best rb on our roster for these conditions. Sucks to even have o say this.

I must be on the wrong blog...

KC blowing out Washington and RGerk3. Look for Shanahan to get fired tomorrow morning.

Anyone feelin positive?

My man every good play or touchdown all u guys pop up and beat ur chest. The body of work of our so called franchise qb is garbage. Did forget all the awareness problems in the pocket and the indecisions and frantic erratic play of this kid. Come on man i know ur a homer n all but be real. Our d is beast at times. Our offense meh...

Another big 3rd down. C'mon D!

sam slick field miller with shot to break long run

Stark offside. Killer type mistake.

and now miami gives pitt a first down

Well Randy tried to c'mon a little early lol.

Cash - there are plenty of over the counter medications for Irritable Bowel Syndrome. No prescription necessary.

Sam, thats sad.

Gillislee may be better, we dont really know yet.

Bell is going to fumble again today !!!

Nice head to head hit...

Defense has to hold here

we need this stop

Bell will fumble soon !!!

yes

Marco, Big Ben missed on a bomb. Care to rake him over the coals?

thats how you throw the deep ball.

Way to go D! BB sucks, cant hit the deep ball... Jk..

What mike? Incomplete?

Marco,

Big Ben missed on a bomb. Tell us how awful he is. I mean, we know you are an objective poster.

Im sorry dude i wont mess with u anymore. So u can please spare me from those corny ass jokes lmfao.

low flat trajectory to get out in front of WR.

pow gonna be tough for any qb deep today

Not a great day for deep balls! You have to throw short passes and then let the receivers run with he ball. You have to run between the tackles. I would also love to see Tannehill running with the football today.

It wasn't that bad a throw and we were lucky it was just a little over cooked. Look man, long may Ben continue like that all day !!!

It's a lot to ask but another score would be huge here. We get the ball after the half.

Just makin a point dusty....

Miller can't run anywhere

C'mon get Thomas in there. Miller cannot run in this type of weather.

Man Thill, could go for more of those run options today

now philbin trying to run out clock, so dumb

Marco, you defend Big Ben when he is off but trash Tannehill when he is off. Fair?

C'mon the penalties good grief!

Do any of you Positive Pollyannas have any consciousness of our stellar 4th Qtrs? Or the huge 2d half leads we've blown, e.g., Fins over Panthers at 1/2, etc??

Getting Giddy over a three-point lead is just football Bieber Fever.

Get Miller out of there!!!

sure call them on the phins. you can spot holding on any play if you look.

ANYONE ELSE FEEL A TURNOVER COMING?

Giddy is a stretch...

Let's run the ball and punt.

our oline is so bad

Miller should be a 3rd down scat back. He can't block. He can't break a tackle. He can't even break a potato chip.

BS call on the Miller hold.

the refs are for Steelers... !!!
