WILLINGHAM TO BE A MUDCAT
Josh Willingham went 0 for 4 with a walk and two strikeouts in an extended spring training game in Jupiter earlier today. Gonzalez said Willingham will travel to play for the Marlins Double A team, the Carolina Mudcats for the next 7 to 9 games. Willingham will play left field and DH in Carolina.
Willingham is expected back before the All-Star break on July 14.
