Corner infielder Dallas McPherson, who hit 42 home runs for Triple A Albuquerque this season, was among three players called up Monday to join the Marlins. McPherson also struck out 168 times in 448 at bats, but he led professional baseball in homers for much of the season.
The Marlins also called up infielder Robert Andino and Eulogio De La Cruz.
All three Isotopes, who concluded their season on Monday, are expected to join the Marlins on Tuesday.

what about Maybin? what happend to him? why wouldnt the marlins call him up?
