Hanley Ramirez is not in Sunday's starting lineup for the Marlins as he sits out with a tight right hip flexor.
The injury is day to day for Ramirez, who is expected to be selected to the National League All-Star team later this afternoon.
Emilio Bonifacio will play shortstop today and Wes Helms will start at 3rd base.
