Stanton moves into second place among outfielders in All-Star voting

ARLINGTON, TEX. -- Giancarlo Stanton is still being voted in as a starter for next month's All-Star Game.

In the latest results released by MLB late Monday afternoon, Stanton actually moved up from third place among the outfielders to second. Dodgers right fielder Yasiel Puig remains the leading vote-getter among outfielders with 142,717.

With 1,259,057 votes, only four other players have more votes than Stanton among players in the National League. Rockies shortstop Troy Tulowitzki (2,007,202), Cardinals catcher Yadier Molina (1,621,944), Puig and Phillies second baseman Chase Utley (1,342,480 ).

Stanton remains the only Marlins player among the leaders in voting. For complete results, click here.
