Good evening from FIU Baseball Stadium, where it's a pleasant 75 degrees and cloudy.
Hope is the rain holds off today and tomorrow, because the skies are supposed to open up Sunday (thus, Sunday'sgame getting moved up today).
On the mound: Kevin Berry (2-0, 5.25 ERA) for UNO; and R.J. Fondon (1-2, 3.99) for FIU. Fondon is moved up a day in the rotation in place of Scott Rembisz, who is battling shoulder soreness. He could go tomorrow.

Pete,Thanks for live blog yesterday. Let me get this straight, Herald sends two writers to cover one FIU baseball game? IMO, doesn't make sense.
Great performance by Fondon. I think we need sweep this weekend.

Adam, thanks for the blog last night. I think it was Beasley, and not Pete doing the blog last night, from reading it, and the different set up.
