Just got word that WQAM's own - and friend of the GPP - Jared Schwartz will handle play-by-play duties for FIU men's and women's basketball on FIUSports.com this winter.
Schwartz, who like yours truly is a Syracuse alum, will handle all home games and select road games.
While video and audio will appear on the athletic department's website, it does not appear likely the broadcast will appear on local radio.
