After the initial burst of LOIs, Northwestern's Clinton Taylor and Clay High School's Shane Coleman made FIU's Signing Day total 25 commitments.
After his press conference, Mario Cristobal is particularly intrigued by Coleman Ya'Keem Griner, who if he fills into his 6-5 frame with 245 pounds of muscle, he could provide FIU with a red zone threat the Panthers are losing in Greg Ellingson.
Much, much more on this to come, but here are a couple of Cristobal nuggets that I Tweeted out earlier.

Mario Cristobal: 'This is our best recruiting class ever. We have now had the best recruiting class in the conference four years in a row.'

Shane Coleman isn't 6'5 or 245 He's a little running back about 5'8. I'm guessing you're referring to Dominique Rhymes as the big receiver who could fill Ellingson's spot.
