FIU outfielder Pablo Bermudez was named Sun Belt Conference Player of the week on Monday. Bermudez batted .526, with six runs, six RBI and two home runs in the Panthers' three-game sweep of MTSU this past weekend.
The Panthers, riding atop a 12 game-winning streak, next face Stetson Wednesday on the road.
