The men's soccer team finished 5-8-1, but put two players, junior defender Anthony Hobbs and freshman forward Quentin Albrecht, on the all-conference teams for Conference USA, a tough soccer league.
This continues a George-and-Weezy progression for Hobbs -- third team as a freshman, second team as a sophomore, first team this year. Hobbs led FIU in minutes played.
Albrecht, third team and All-Conference USA Freshman team, led FIU in scoring with five goals and two assists.
