Panthers Make a Move

Wade Belak goes from Toronto to the Panthers for a fifth round pick, brings some toughness to the Cats.

And they could use it.

Free agent after this season, might be a real good little move.

Finally. Toughness is something Martin has been looking for since the offseason. Not a glamorous move, but not a bad one!

This first move is an indication to me that the Panthers have not given up on the season!! He's a UFA this Summer, and they only gave up a 5th round pick. I like this move. It proves to me that they want to make a run....now.

Great news!! Adding, not subtracting, and some toughness, too!!

Great to see the Panthers in a buy mode for a change.

good move by our part time GM...maybe we wont lose players to injuries trying to pretend to be tie domi....sorry to hear our part time coach missing practice during this crucial time

And now we can send Tanner Glass back to the A since we have our official enforcer...unless he gets hurt ala Garth Murray in his first fight!

Skrastins and 3rd for Salei

We just traded Salei... com on George keep up :-)

Salei to Colorado for Skrastins and a 3rd round pick. Meh. Colorado fans here say Skrastins has been on a downward spiral over the past 2 seasons.
