Happy, Sunshiny Day

IcepalaceTAMPA -- It's one heck of a pretty day here in Florida's west coast, and it's almost time for some hockey.

The Panthers and Lightning play for the final time this season, making one wonder where all the time has gone. Florida and Tampa Bay have played eight times already? OK, if you say so.

Nothing major coming out of practice today; On the Florida Front, Magnum Johansson practiced and says he may play. JM, as usual, calls it a game time decision. Shocking. Magnum says nothing is broken in his hand, but it's real sore, wrapped in ice after the workout. Jozef Stumpel will be back, centering the Florida third line with Radek Dvorak and Steve Montador.

-- Some changes for Tampa Bay, with goalie Mike "George" Smith out after getting hurt in Monday's practice. Word is, Smitty got hurt when Martin St. Louis ran into him during a shootout drill, Smith injuring his left knee.

That means Karri Ramo starts tonight, with Jonathan Boutin has been called up. Marc Denis is also being called up through re-entry waivers. Jeff Halpern back in after missing Saturday's game against the Panthers.
