Alex Ovechkin seems to be enjoying South Florida without having to work. The Caps star is out here at practice just watching. He's in shorts and a dry fit shirt.
Kamil Kreps (foot) is also out; Michal Repik is on his way up Rochester.

When your best forward line is 71,65 and 11 you're in trouble. No shots on goal on the 5min. penalty. And why in the hell is Koist. on the pp when he can't even get on the ice as a 4th lines?

Another mediocre game by the Panthers supposed scorers. However,I have been impressed with the kids crashing the net and impressed with those kids: McArdle and Oster. These guys know how to hit and have brought life to this team. Also, where were all the fights last night????
I hope that once the ownership situation is resolved that some European players will be shipped out for some gritty guys. It seems like the Panthers are 1 to 2 guys away from a DECENT team. Also, has anyone noticed that Frolik seems to be down at the net before anyone else? Frolik should be on Dvorak's line when he returns - more speed.
I will keep saying this: Allen and Koist should be on the bench.
