Panthers Michael Yormark to Help "Light The Night"

Yormarkmug Panthers president Michael Yormark is the Broward County chair for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Light the Night and they're having a big event later this month in Pompano Beach.

The “Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs & Cures” fundraiser is Tuesday, Oct. 19 at the Isle Casino.

From the Panthers:

The event, set in Isle Casino’s private and luxurious Farraddays’ Steakhouse, will feature cocktails, light cuisine, high-end auction items, live music, and appearances from Florida Panthers personalities and executives. Tickets are $125 per person with all proceeds going toward Light The Night and its mission to cure blood cancers.

Guests can RSVP by printing and returning the attached RSVP card, or by contacting Light The Night Campaign Director Sheriann Namer at Sheriann.Namer@lls.org or 954-744-5227. Isle Casino is located at 777 Isle of Capri Circle in Pompano Beach.

The 2010 Light The Night Walk in Broward County will take place on Saturday, Nov. 13 at the Huizenga Plaza in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Yormark and the Florida Panthers walk team have set a goal of raising $100,000 for the 2010 Light The Night Walk and “Diamonds, Hearts, Clubs & Cures” will play a huge part in reaching that goal.
