Uniondale, NY -- According to Kevin O in Rochester, the Panthers are calling up center Bill Thomas for Saturday's game against the Islanders.
I don't know who, other than Rostislav Olesz (broken finger), is hurt.
Thomas, a Pittsburgh guy, has played in 56 NHL games with Phoenix and the Pens. He has nine goals and 20 assists in those games.
With Rochester this year, he has seven goals with 17 helpers (6-8-14 in past nine).
