Fans were allowed to go onto the ice and assist in the ice removal process. As you can see, fans enjoyed smashing up the ice into tiny little bits.
The team had large plastic cups as well as large Ziploc bags for fans to cart home their chunks of ice. Certificates of Authenticity were also handed out so fans could tell their friends that their cup of oddly colored water was actually ice from a hockey arena in South Florida.
