A number of Florida Panthers -- including Ed Jovanovski, Jason Garrison, Mike Weaver, Scottie Upshall and Stanley Claus-- will take part in the Panthers' Holiday Hangout on Monday.
The players and support staff will "visit inpatient and outpatient children in the pediatric oncology unit of Chris Evert Children’s Hospital in Fort Lauderdale.''
According to the Panthers, the Holiday Hangout includes "a pizza party, face-painting, arts and crafts, cupcake decorating, one-on-one hockey lessons with the players, along with the opportunity to visit with our very own Santa Claus.''
Always good to see the players do these kind of things. The Panthers minor leaguers recently visited a hospital in San Antonio and you tell they were very happy to do so.

Awesome -- best kind of charity is face-to-face time with the kids.
