Ahh...pigskin madness looms large. Tasty post Jo. Plenty of nuggets to think about in this thread.

I'm going with the over on total wins. A tough loss at UT and roll the rest of the way.

SEC! Georgia?....pfffft. Stafford, show me something. Moreno? Not twice fella. UGA misery at the hands of UF continues. Preseason #1 isn't where you want to be. UF fields big talent, favorable schedulde. SEC title #8 awaits.

Individual stats:
Tebows passing yards. Bodog increased his total considerably. With the receivers they have and Tims commitment improving decision making, it's hard to not see a big increase. However, I'll take the under as I see UF playing more ball control/ground attack in these shortened games. I'll probably be dead wrong on this one as Urban ends up airing it out massively.

I'll take the under on Tim's total rushing yards as well. A healthy Tim Tebow is a nasty Tim Tebow. Hand it off Tim...hand it off. Same goes for his total rushing TD's. Hi opposing defense, meet M&M.

I'll pass on making Harvin predictions. Although.....,
"[Harvin] was running full speed in earlier practices this week," said Jimmy Shapiro, a publicist for BoDogLife.com "I think they are just being more cautious than anything at this point." Speculate all you like based on what we read on message boards, vegas guys can get slaughtered using bad info. Florida appears to have the depth to spread the ball around enough to keep Tim and P.H. from the injuries that can come with too many touches.

This season looks to be one fun ride. Especially payback for LSU, and crushing "that team down south" and maybe even doing a team dance in UGA's endzone. Putting a beatdown on OSU in the "Rental Bowl" would be fun but those Ohio guys could very well redeem themselves in 08. Anything short of an SEC title will be a disappointment.

Roll on Gator Nation.

Odd's of beating 60/1 Miami? Zero!

Obama = ACLU Freaks = Loss of God = No Morals = No Family Values = More Abortions = More Crimes = More Rapes = More Pedophiles = Open borders for More Attacks = YOU paying for 17 million Illegal Aliens Medical Bills, etc.

Jim,

So, let me get this straight. What you're trying to say is, Florida will lose one game this season but still win the national championship?

-jo-

Odds of seeing a post from TXCane after the Canes lose by a score similar to the odds of them winning the title? ZERO!

Harvin really did come to play. He has a bit of a slight frame. I wonder what position he will play in the NFL?
