"I just think we're not in a situation where we can just sit back and go on automatic pilot and just let the depth take care of itself. We're still growing and learning. In a lot of places we're still not veteran."

ExcUse U ? Depth ?

Just 2 weeks ago, EVERYONE KILLED the u tough program... The ENTIRE Team was Bigger, Faster, Stronger, Older, Experienced and READY !!! Two weeks later ? Ur still young, growing, learning and not veteran... Lap it up Cane Clucks. Same story, new year... U dopes are like Golenden starry Eyed Hitler Youths when Dear Golden Ruler Speaks.

And so it begins... And it's not even September yet.

Golen's above quote ... Read it, memorize it, regurgitate it cane clucks. It'll be u'll go to come December leading up to next Spring when u'll "Be Back Next Year" for the 9th. year in a row.

You're doing a HELL of a job Jesse ... Much appreciation my Gator Brother.

"I say this constantly, but I don't feel good about anything right now."

Yes U do Coach ... Yes U do ...

Asked about how his new defensive linemen looked in Tuesday's practices, Golden said: " I'm excited about all the guys. All of the young guys are trying to make their way in and whether its [Ufomba] Kamalu and those [new arrivals] they're bringing some maturity where we desperately need it. We're not out of the woods yet on the D-line. You guys know that. We've got a long way to go to be the type of defensive line we want to be both in development and then the acquisition.

Miami recently announced the additions of two transfers on the defensive line: former Wisconsin standout David Gilbert and former Virginia backup lineman Justin Renfrow.

Manny, why do u do this to these pinheaded cane clucks? u used the word "standout" ? An all-conference honorable mention is "standout" ? Why didn't he enter the NFL draft is he was such a "standout" ? Go ahead and tell'm Manny... It's because 1.) he wasn't even considered for the NFL combine... 2.) He doesn't just have a foot injury, it's been an over 2 years chronic foot injury that has required multiple surgery. .3 Not ONE NFL team, after physicals, invited him to ANY camp. So now, he decides to get a year of free Grad school and u are the only weak sister to offer him. So he's ur dead weight now that will surely be a "standout" in the classroom and training room getting weekly treatment... Now this "career backup" from Virgina ? wow, no words, but I'm sure he's a smart, hard working kid that has a never ending motor, kinda like a 1960's Evinrude 9.9 horsepower handheld outboard that's ssslllllloooowwww and never gets anywhere on time. Just more added dead weight, garbage, no football talent that Goldie loves to develope. Good luck with that. They'll both be non-contributors, 1 year n done ghosts. But u fools will somehow manage to convince ur stupid selves that these two d-line duds will contribute and help u finally win the 8th. best conference in college football, the acc championship...

For those of u that will be axing all season long, "hey, where's that awesome d-line transfer from Whisky?" He'll be the one week after week "standing out" on the sideline in shorts, flip flops and clean jersey just watching ...

Congrats Jalen Grimble, the pain has mercifully ended for u... Go join one of the very few SEC Schools that need D-Line help, play in a real Conference, in real packed Stadiums, against real Players, in front of real fans and give yourself a real shot at playing at the next level.

Muschamp Sees Gators Develop Depth Across Offensive Line ...

Florida coach Will Muschamp is finding no shortage of options to fill his offensive line through 12 practices of camp.

“I really feel like you've got seven or eight guys across the board that can play quality football,” Muschamp said Monday. “Tyler Moore can play multiple positions, both guard and both tackle positions and certainly be an emergency center if something were to happen.

“Chaz Green is playing very well at right tackle. Jon Halapio is a guy that has shown he can play really well at right guard and can be a great leader for our team. Jon Harrison is having an outstanding camp. Kyle Koehne can play any of the inside positions and would be a backup center if we were to slot him.”

Muschamp also singled out guard Ian Silberman, tackle D.J. Humphries and junior college transfer Trenton Brown, who is pushing for significant playing time at tackle.

“Trenton Brown is going to play for us this year, he's a good football player,” Muschamp said. “Whether he plays left tackle or right tackle, we're kind of experimenting, but we feel very comfortable with four tackles and then a combination of inside guys.”

GATORS FAR MUCH BETTER QUALITY DEPTH AT -- O-LINE -- D-LINE -- LB's -- DB's -- RB's -- Equal at QB and WR with no preseason All-SEC or acc players at either position for either team... It's not even close.

Your on crack jlo, i mean soldy. Nfl experts seem to think morris is better thanthe gatahs qb???? You dont have wrs???? Your oline is a wash, you dont know what u are gettind at rb, dline , well we will find out.

This extract from Mel Kiper Jr.'s new list of top-five prospects at each position entering this college season. Including his top-fives and a "next up" category of others to watch, there are six FSU Seminoles, three Florida Gators, one UM Hurricane and one South Florida Bull. The Noles: No. 2 DT Timmy Jernigan, No. 5 OL Cameron Erving and next-uppers OLB Christian Jones, S Lamarcus Joyner, OL Bryan Stork and RB James Wilder Jr. The Gators: No. 2 CB Loucheiz Purifoy and next-uppers DE Dominque Easley and CB Marcus Roberson. The Cane is next-upper DE Anthony Chickillo (pictured right). And the Bull is No. 3 DE Aaron Lloyd. The top-projected QB is Miami native and Northwestern alum Teddy Bridgewater (pictured left) of Louisville, with Texas A&M's Johnny Manziel third and UM's Stephen Morris meriting a "more I like" category below the next-up level.

Morris is 3rd. tier and way over-rated. Most scouts aren't even looking at him. He's the definition of system QB in a weak/terrible ACC League. Mellonhead17 is not named to even ONE Pre-Season 1st-2nd. or 3rd. team all- acc team. Dude is as scattershot as a lawn sprinkler when the bullets are flying and has no feet. Yeah, Todd McShay rated him high, and every other scout told him he was high. And he did that because U in need of anything good mews fool would subscribe to his website and drool over his membership articles about Cane players... U got 1 Draftable Prospect on []_[]r ENTIRE Team and that's an overweight, slow and unproductive Chickillo who couldn't start for FSU or UF... DAT'S IT !!! But []_[]r right there with the S. FLA B[]_[]LLS with 1 prospect each...
