Riding Solo...Again

GAINESVILLE -- It turns out, the Gators’ go-to playmaker was under their noses all along.

It just took Florida a long while to find a little guy.

Solomon Patton, come on down.

UF’s diminutive -- 5-foot-9, 168 pounds -- receiver again showcased his electric ability Saturday night, tallying career-highs in receptions (6), yards (124) and touchdowns (2).

The slippery speedster dashed for a pair of long scores (51-yards, 38-yards) on two intermediate throws -- game changing plays for a sluggish offense.

“Our guys can’t catch him,” coach Will Muschamp said. “And we can really run.”

Patton dished on his most recent breakout performance.

LOL....FSU is gonna burn that D then put y'all down to 0-2 to the " athletically challenged conference" and U lost to the "big easy" in the beginning of the year. Good thing y'all play a pile of sec pansies.

Great to have Patton step up and perform. We need to get the other WRs more involved in the game as well.

FSU has a potent offense and Jameis looks like a stud. When an explosive offense meets a stifling defense the defense usually wins. This bodes well for us however FSU will probably blow the canes out of the stadium and the natural order of things will be restored.
FSU will blow the canes out and we will beat FSU.
