It is obvious that the owners are greedy. When a new bar like the Manors opens, it should be packed every night for at least the first month.
You NEVER get a second chance at making a good FIRST impression.
It is very obvious most locals DO NOT like the place.

At first impression, it looks great.

On closer inspection:
kitchen too small, drink prices too high, NO DRINK SPECIALS, no thought to the layout, poor staff training, no customer service training, minimal bathroom facilities, food subpar, should I go any further....

When a new bar puts raw plywood to separate the dance floor from the restaurant...what were they thinking???

After season, they will be lucky to have some people on Friday and Saturday night who like to dance.

The attempt at a tea dance already is dismal.
