Escort authors David Leddick and Heriberto Sanchez held a book signing Thursday night at Bar 721 on Lincoln Lane in South Beach. Attendees included photographer David Vance, whose portraits are featured in book, subtitled 40 Profiles with Photographs of Men Who Sell Sex.
Leddick recently transformed Escort into a theater piece, Escorts: The Docu-musical. The show, by Leddick and Andrew Sargent, directed by David Kingery and produced by Vincent J. Colonna Jr., will run at Rising Action Theatre in Oakland Park 8 p.m. June 2-5 and 3 p.m. June 5-6. Tickets range from $25 to $75 (top price includes copy of Escort, which sells for $30 in the United States).
