Joe Luft and Margaret O'Brien attend as Madame Tussauds unveils wax figure of Judy Garland

Thursday would be Judy Garland’s 88th birthday. On Tuesday, Madame Tussauds Hollywood in Los Angeles unveiled a wax figure of the great singing star.
