Tallahassee Community College student Ryan Terrell of Weston, newly elected chair of Florida College Democrats' LGBT Caucus, has forwarded a resolution recently passed by the college group supporting "four important issues central to the LGBT Community: The Freedom to Serve, Freedom to Marry, Freedom to Adopt, and the Freedom to Live Without Fear."
