CBS4 video | Ex-firefighter avoids jail for sexting 17-year-old boy who was later found dead

Former Miami-Dade firefighter Ulises Rodriquez, who allegedly sent sexually explicit messages to  a 17-year-old boy, will not face any jail time and instead will enter into a 12-month program to avoid a criminal record, reports Miami Herald news partner CBS4.
