GOP Presidential candidate Mitt Romney at CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference) on Friday: "When I am president, I will defend the Defense of Marriage Act. And I will fight for an amendment to our Constitution that defines marriage as a relationship between a man and woman."
He also spoke about adoption and "putting children in a home with a mom and a dad."
