The Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce will hold its monthly Upper East Side networker 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday in the courtyard outside Steel Gym and News Lounge at 55th Street Station, 5556, NE Fourth Ct., Miami.
