The blog Queerty has published a photo of two men having sex on a cruise ship balcony, their bodies clearly visible from port below.
The men in the photo are believed to be John Robert Hart, 41, and Dennis Jay Mayer, 43, of Palm Springs, both arrested on an Atlantis Events cruise in Dominica last week.
Hart and Mayer pleaded guilty shortly after their arrests to indecent exposure.

I read this news in Miami Daily. Though they cannot be blamed, they did indecent exposure. Common sense and rational behavior was must.
