A former porn actor who was fired from his job as a Miami-Dade Public Schools substitute teacher can pursue teaching certification, a state commission has ruled.
Shawn Loftis is also trying to get his substitute teaching job back.
“Pornography is not against the law,” said Loftis, 36, who performed in adult films as actor Collin O'Neal.
