Seventh Gay Adventist
In this world premiere, faith, identity and sexuality collide as three gay and lesbian Seventh-day Adventists are caught between the church they know and love and their desire to be fully accepted for who they are. David loves Jesus and has spent five years in "ex-gay" therapy trying to become straight. But he is also falling in love with Colin and wondering if that can be okay. Marcos was a pastor who was fired for being gay, but he still feels called to minister. And Sherri wants her kids to grow up to be good Adventists, even though the church considers her same-sex relationship to be sinful. The film follows their raw and moving spiritual journeys as they wrestle with deep questions of identity and belonging.
