Salad: Island fusion Caesar salad served in a Parmesan tuille with a light coconut Caesar dressing
Entree: A dual plate of herb roasted chicken breast with a champagne butter sauce and grilled shrimp with pineapple salsa, grilled vegetable and wild rice pilaf
