The evening includes a Scrumptious Supper, hosted by Chefs of Distinction, Chamber Music's most beloved compositions, friends, silent auction items and you! It truly is a wonderful way to spend a Monday Night.

Salad: Island fusion Caesar salad served in a Parmesan tuille with a light coconut Caesar dressing

Entree: A dual plate of herb roasted chicken  breast with a champagne butter sauce and grilled   shrimp with pineapple salsa, grilled vegetable and wild rice pilaf
