Miami Beach artist Alexander Guerra tells us that he's been chosen as a new artist at the ArtCenter South Florida on Lincoln Road.
He began moving in Saturday at 924 Lincoln Rd., Studio 208 on the 2nd floor.
"Once I'm all moved in, I will have a little something and I hope you will come out to check out my 'Rabbit Hole,'" he says.
