Man who torched Cheerios to protest gay marriage dies suddenly of heart attack inside his car

The Smoking Gun reports that Michael Leisner, 65, the man who earlier this month set fire to a box of Cheerios outside General Mills headquarters to protest gay marriage, died Saturday of a heart attack inside his car.

The investigation of the Cheerios torching -- which went awry when the lawn caught fire -- is now over, police in Minnesota say.
