Sunday marks the 50th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe's death on Aug. 5, 1962.
Last week, her studio, 20th Century-Fox, released Forever Marilyn, a Blu-ray set of seven classic Monroe films: Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, How To Marry a Millionaire, There's No Business Like Show Business, River of No Return, The Seven Year Itch, Some Like it Hot and The Misfits.
Above, perhaps Monroe's most iconic moment, performing Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes.
