The LGBT Visitor Center at 1130 Washington Ave., in Miami Beach celebrated its second anniversary with a party on Tuesday that featured a visit from Miami Beach Mayor Matti Herrera Bower (above with Miami-Dade Gay & Lesbian Chamber of Commerce President Steve Adkins and visitor center Executive Director Karen Brown).
