Thousands of revelers packed the Moore Building in Miami's Design District Saturday night for SAVE Dade's 2012 Hellrotika Halloween party.
A Pee-wee Herman-lookalike won the best costume contest, hosted by popular drag queens Misty Eyez and Noel Leon (above).
