Gay British soldier: Prince Harry saved me from a homophobic attack

armyMailOnline this weekend broke the story of how Prince Harry rescued a gay British trooper from a homophobic attack by six other soldiers.

Trooper James Wharton says "I will always be grateful to Harry and I will never forget what happened. Until he went over and dealt with everything I was on track for a battering."

Wharton has written a book about his 10-year military career, Out in the Army, My Life As a Gay Soldier.
