On Sunday, University of Miami celebrated diversity with a You Can Play Project luncheon before the women's basketball game with North Carolina State University. Speakers included UM President Donna Shalala, UM Athletics Director Blake James, UM Women's Basketball Head Coach Katie Meier, YES Institute Executive Director Rachel Sottile Logvin and Miami Herald gay issues reporter Steve Rothaus.

The luncheon also featured a public screening of UM Athletics' new You Can Play video, featuring Shalala, university players and coaches. Watch the video below.
