SAVE took a half-page ad in the Miami Herald on Wednesday to welcome gay Brooklyn Nets center Jason Collins to South Florida for tonight's game against the Miami Heat. The ad appears on page 11A.

Despite the warm welcome, SAVE is still rooting for the home team. "Let's go Heat!," also reads the ad.
