Moskow Disko featuring DJ Maximus 3000 to resume 10 p.m. Saturday at Mova Brickell

News release from Ily Goyanes, author of Girls Who Score: Hot Lesbian Erotica:

BILLBOARD PRODUCER AND DJ, MAXIMUS 3000, TAKES MOSKOW DISKO TO NEXT LEVEL; MOSKOW DISKO 2.0 AT MOVA TO BE “BIGGER, BETTER, AND BALLSIER”

MIAMI, FL (APRIL 22, 2014) Maximus 3000 (Miami Beach Pride, White Party, Winter Music Conference) just won't quit. Fresh off WMC, the Florida AIDS Walk, Winter Party and the Miami Beach Gay Pride Parade and Festival, the Billboard chart-topping DJ, producer and event promoter is raising the stakes with a new monthly event, a reboot of the fashionable MOSKOW DISKO, hosted weekly last year at the Dome on Miracle Mile.

The first incarnation of MOSKOW DISKO celebrated food, art and music in a convivial atmosphere ideal for mixing. MOSKOW DISKO 2.0  an amped up version of MOSKOW DISKO, with live painting, go-go dancers, killer drink specials, an open-air terrace overlooking the Miami River and last, but definitely not least, a dance floor.

Maximus hosted the original MOSKOW DISKO with local author, Ily Goyanes (Miami New Times, Miami International Book Fair, Girls Who Score: Hot Lesbian Erotica) to much fanfare, including press from Yahoo News, the Miami Herald, Mark's List, Hotspots Magazine, and more. The grand opening was such a monumental success that the venue could not accommodate the crowds – people were literally partying on the sidewalk. At Mova Brickell, located on the Miami River, there'll be plenty of room to drink and dance, and with MOSKOW DISKO 2.0’s spectacular line up of DJs and live performances, it'll be hard to stay away from the dance floor.

Expect MOSKOW DISKO’s cool mix of retro and contemporary synth, electronic music, disco, funk and new wave at MOSKOW DISKO 2.0 from some an all-star team of Miami's hottest DJs, including Essential 6, Le Brion, DJ Zheno, and of course, Maximus 3000 in a debut collaboration with veteran DJ, Dracula’s Daughter (resident DJ of the Kitchen Club, the Church, the Morgue and the Mausoleum). There will also be live performances by Covenant Garden, 4Tune/Monitor Sound recording artist Michael M and Murk/Ministry of Sound/Defected/Nervous/4Tune international recording artist Jei, for a full evening of high-energy indulgence.
