Day one of Florida's Obamacare marketplace opens in starts and fits


@patriciaborns  Day one of the Obamacare marketplace in Florida is having a not surprisingly shaky start, with long phone and chat waits and system errors. If the problems continue, people should still be able to get assistance in person from local clinics and navigators.

Fortunately, you have until Mar. 31 to enroll in a health plan, or Dec. 15 if you want it to be effective Jan. 1. For in-person help, today, try these locations in Miami-Dade and Broward:
