Notes from the Healthcare.gov war room show enrollment "not working"


Healthcare.gov had tallied exactly six successful enrollments by the morning of Oct. 2, according to the Washington Post which reviewed documents released by the House Oversight Committee. At the end of the day, that number increased to 248 enrollments on the website serving 36 states.  

While the notes don't represent official data on enrollments under the new health law -- that will be releasted later in November --  they show how the system looked to its builders as they tracked its start-up problems.
