"Offensive" healthcare ads get positive results

An ad created for Washington state's health exchange to attract young people is raising hackles and getting lots of views, Washington Post reports. What do you think?  Imgres-2

The ads increased traffic to the state's exchange by 10 percent during the week it launched. In the ad world, those are good results. 

But some exchange board members think the ad uses racial stereotyping and is in bad taste. They want it pulled.

“I don’t care if people like or hate what I’m doing, so long as they get the URL right," the ad's creator told WaPo. Read more.
