not one player from American Heritage. They had the leading rusher in broward county who's an eight grader. It's all about what you do in the summer combines. If you grade out good then you get all the hype. They played some of the schools that had players make the team and beat them.Rethink who you left off.

PAKMAN

It is only seniors in the game, and yes it is very dependent on school size and combine/recruiting status.

gerald martin

this is not fair to the small schools.

Red Headed Step Child

Kyle Whitley a senior at Calvary Christian led all receivers in Dade and Broward County in receptions and yards and is not on the list. Who picks the All Star team anyway?

GB

I Pick the all star teams and say its perfect.

Larry Blustein

Just to let you know that this is NOT the final list, and many of the players that were invited opted not to play, so before you start poking holes in the process and throwing darts at those coaches who selected the teams, you may want to check with your favorite player and ask if they were asked to play. Chandler, Gore, Jeff Scott, etc. all were initially selected, but have chosen not to play. Also, according the organizers, not one of the players is officially a part of the game until a December meeting at Miramar High School.

ONE QUESTION???WHERE'S THE UNBEATEN CHAMINADE PLAYERS WHO BEAT THE CRAP OUT OF THE DYNASTY TEAM PAHOKEE LAST WEEK????WHAT ABOUT THE DEFENSIVE PLAYERS ON THAT DEFENSE THAT MADE EVERY D-1 OFFENSIVE PLAYER LOOK LIKE CRAP???(LB-HANS LOUIS,CB-DEMITRI BEAL,LB-RUBEN N.,CB-KEITH TAKEH,LB-SANDRO J.BAPTISTE,FS-WHITNEY SHERRY,DL-DAVID LOUIS AND T.BRAZZIL)

jg

young, they can play in the small school all star game. That's the bad part about playing at a small school you get no respect.

Oldschoolmarcel

Meline Larry? Hasn't he only played like three games?

Is that based on his being recruited or actual production?

How about Sergio Fernandez-Soto as athlete/return specialist? You know the boy can play....

Ice Berg

Why is there a 5'11" 205lb offensive lineman there? Flanagan had one of the best O-lines in broward and none of them are there.C'mon!

jonh sims

where is david lozandier#3 from north miami he is leading the county in tackles and sacks he plays linebacker and is one of the fastest kids in the county with a 4.34 40 and 10.58 in track 100 meters

rockastatic

where is Venel Hippolyte why is that boy not on the list that boy can play. he made 2nd team all Dade last year and this year he suppose to make 1st team. he suppose to be there on the list.

the man

what happened to number 20 from carol city that kid is spectacular.

AllanK

I guess Chaminade-Madonna is too small of a school to look at. But they knocked off alot of schools that have "stars" already signed to division-1 schools. Like Pahokee who we sent home with their blue tails between their legs. It's called "Team Work".

young

Chaminade team individually is not a small school they have transfers who came from 6-A schools Blustein!!!!!! half the team came from Norland EX. Hans Louis and Jerrad Randell!!!!! two ballers!!!Big school players

Dade football

Philip Warren #6 from southridge. AS an db/rb or athlete. 70 tackles on defense 6 touchdowns on offense 2 KOR for tds, averaged 40 yds a punt. two games had 289 yds rushing. GREAT PLAYER

Shut Dwn Db

all yall complainers need 2 mak yall team n watch how they get beat everybody on this list is live and if whoeva yall cryn bout aint mak it soooooooooooooooooo waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat

Shut Dwn Db

I WANNA C P WARREN GO AGAINST JOSH REESE AND OR MICHEALEE HARRIS AND SEE WAT HAPPENS

Arnold

I feel sorry for chaminade, i guess they won't get the respect they deserve until they win state. I especially feel sorry for the 2 studs on that team that got left off. QB Jerrod Randall and Linebacker Hans Louis. If anyone who watches those 2 play would see that their Division 1 talent without a doubt

JG

how would you know if your selected

chris

roosevelt juin is the best reciever in broward county and is getting no love from any big schools

stranger

yea what about chaminade...they shut out big teams like pahokee, pace, gulliver, north broward prep...i mean come on, and the sad part is even though team did what they did most of the players like hans louis #5, Whitney Sherry #3, Ruben Narcisse#4, Sandro Jean Baptiste #2 etc etc are struggling to get good D1 schools i mean it was a real eye opener for chaminade this year we all know that....its ashame if signing day comes around those boys dont get what they deserve

Blue

hey stranger i heard they did but if there head coach dont think there good enough at play for that college he tells em BS...i heard he is trying to send em to little D1's and double A schools....thats not fair man these boys worked hard dis year...like u were sayin number Ruben and Hans? OMG then the safety Whitney? he is a heavy hitter my friend. I mean we are talkin bout a great defensive unit...your right shutting out Pahokee that is unheard of...the average of teams scoring on the was like 6.9 points and with 6 shutouts WOW they are totally under the radar

state champs

flanagen lmao????wat!!!!dnt mention 1 player from thier...i personally played for miramar last year n flanagen sucked....i think the list is straight......
