Coral Park WR Juwan Caesar commits to Michigan State

Coral Park wide receiver Juwan Caesar had a breakout senior season, and made several college programs take notice.

Caesar believes he's found the right school.

Caesar committed to Michigan State University Friday following a senior year in which he caught 43 passes for 754 yards and eight touchdowns in only seven games. His efforts helped the Rams, who had won only five games in the prior six seasons, to a 5-5 record.

"He's very excited about going to Michigan State," Coral Park coach Tim Wood said. "He had a few other offers, but that was the school he liked the most."

Caesar (6-5, 210 pounds) is rated the No. 21 overall prospect in Miami-Dade County by The Miami Herald and No. 4 among receivers. He also has offers from UCF, Minnesota, South Florida and West Virginia.

Caesar had also recently drawn interest from the University of Miami, but not an offer according to Wood.
