Southridge's Holliman switches to Louisville; Dillard's Lyons picks Stanford

Southridge's Gerrod Holliman had a change of heart.

And Dillard's Wayne Lyons didn't letting a coaching change affect his choice.

Both local stars made commitments during the U.S. Army All-America game in San Antonio today. Holliman, rated the No. 2 overall prospect in Miami-Dade County, decided to join the top prospect, Northwestern quarterback Teddy Bridgewater - Holliman's teammate today on the East squad - and go to the University of Louisville.

Bridgewater engineered a comeback for the East to win the game 13-10. Holliman de-committed from Mississippi and chose Louisville.

Meanwhile, Lyons one of the top players in the state committed to Stanford during the game. Lyons emphasized the importance of academics on his decision.
