5A FINAL - Norland 38, Wakulla 0

ORLANDO – The 5A Florida State Football championship game is over, and the Miami Norland Vikings, for the second time in school history, brings a state title back to South Florida.

The 15-0 Vikings beat Crawfordville Wakulla (12-3), 38-0, at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando.

Johnson gave the Vikings a 14-0 lead with 11:00 second quarter on a 5-yard run.

When Jacob Stephen's knee hit in the endzone, Norland had grabbed a 16-0 lead, and then Johnson brough back the free kick 69 yards for a 23-0 advantage.

The Vikings added to the lead early in the third quarter when Guirlin Philippe connected on a 31-yard field goal for a 26-0 advantage.

Johnson scored his third TD of the game with 10:08 left in the fourth quarter on a 3-yard run for a 32-0 lead.

Johnson added his fourth TD with 6:00 left in the fourth quarter on a 40-yard run and a 38-0 lead.
