funny thing was the letter he wrote accusinf the old coaches of recruiting. He went over the soft AD's head and did it without his approval. Cried and complained about how all the kids hate him and love the old staff. FHSAA did nothing and kids left even with him scaring them. They go 0-10 this year. If I'm Leroy I learn from Jerry Baker. What kind of a person calls a college were his player his committed too and bad mouths the player and unveils injuries? Sound familiar fat boy?

ok lets get facts strait. old staff didn't abandon anything. an idiot administrator decided to break up the family to hire a new coach. i'm not even putting the present coach down as an x and o guy. hell jerry sandusky was a hell of a dc. what sandusky did was abuse power and that is exactly what we are saying the present carroll coach has done.
1. ruined jerry baker's chance to go to fiu after he was offered and commited.
2. threatened brandon perez with the wrath of God if he didnt kiss up to him
3. kicked givens brother's as a show of power.
4. held a kid's transfer hostage because rav had a hard on for one of the former coach's

I won't defend Rav because I was not standing there listening to conversations like some of you must have been.I think he had some bad timing and Javi should have been the HC. But as far as some of the lies posted above some of you should be ashamed of yourselves. I won't go into details because I like some of the kids involved but to say some of those kids, noted above, left only because of the new coach is a lie. Not even a question, just a lie. Well saying someone left, when they were actually thrown out is a lie. Saying someone left because of the coach when they were leaving anyway is a lie. Being lazy, missing practice, and cursing a coach are not things that any coach accepts. Kids got recruited by bigger schools, they wanted more limelight, they wanted more attention I understand. Trying not to name names here lets just keep it honest. I would have made Javi coach but it didn't happen.

ZBULLDOG isn't Z flipping burgers in Ohio right now? The next few years where going to be tough anyway. Some kids stayed, some quit, some tucked tail and ran. ACC Football has a tough opponent this weekend. The University School Suns of Davie. These guys are huge and fast and really good. I wish I could play. I promise that I would have done really good against these guys. I have never been spooked by how good another team is. I know when a team is better than us but it doesnt mean that we bow down. I would give anything in the world for an opportunity to suit up and show these guys what I'm talking about. Unfortunately, I cant suit up and these guys gotta make something happen without me in the middle of the field to provide a block or help plug the hole on defense. Well guess what? I will be on the sidelines and I will be a part of these kids getting the job done on Friday Night. Thats how I feel. Fellas, I will be there with yall every step. Thats funny he went 5-5 when he resigned and lost 4 games by less then one point. How do I know? Cause I was a senior on that team and I played for him. So look how stupid you really are amazed. We lost to Pace, Chaminade, Lake Highland Prep, and Jacksonville Bolles. Who else did we loose too. So get your stuff straight. I played for Zagales and I'll tell you right now you are only as good as the kids you have at the end of the day. We had less then 8 seniors on the team and started over 10 sophomores. The future was looking good untill the nun wanted to make our lives impossible. If anyone knows anything now a days, its not parents, fans, and haters. Do me a favor and re-read my post as what I was referring to a previous post that was incorrect. As for your post, that's still not considered a winning season. What does it say when a coach is asked to resign at this point of TWO football programs? As for the reason he left I still fail to see how that is the new Coach's fault. The fact is there were several immature coaches on that staff that had a PERSONAL vendetta against the current coach and advised boys to leave the team because who they thought was going to get the job didn't. Either way that's not a very mature thing to do as if you leave a program for whatever reason you would ultimately want to see that program succeed as that is your hard work and in your case it's your alma mater. FYI Gulliver had to forfeit the game after so it technically counts as a win for Caroll. AJ Leget was ruled ineleigible for playing with Booker T in the summer. Just being factual and technical. So it counts as a win for Caroll and everyone else.

Coach Zagales and his coaching staff put ACC on the map as far as football goes and no one can take that away from them.
