Does ANYONE have a brain in INNER-CITY Dade? Why would Norland,Central, NW, CC all switch things around to be in the same district. How was Central able to go down a class from the tentative FHSAA assignment? Now all these idiots will fight it out for one spot. Had Central moved up to 8A, they could have easily won that class, and Dade could have had a good chance to win the 8,7, AND 6A titles!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why is Ely listed as an independent? Why would they do that?

The black schools don't want nothin to do with St. Thomas!!! STA has coaches. How embarrasing that Norland and Central ran away from STA. PUNKS

I see Columbus once again in the kindergarten district. This will be the 20th year in a row they win their district and then flop in the playoffs. Same old sh**

Central and NW didn't move down cause they wanted too, they had to because their school enrollment doesn't meet the requirement for a higher classification.

you wrong boy..........central was assigned to 7a and now they moved down to get away from sta.........check it out on the fhsaa website....look at the original 7a made in january and you will see central in 7a.....there are no inner city schools now in 7a simply because of sta

this was the new 7a dade district listed in january on the fhsaa website:
all the bruthas schools jumped ship and either moved up to 8a or down to 6a, norland and nw stayed put in 6a where they were assigned.

this puts an end to all arguments that sta is the one running from playing central, etc in the playoffs. wherever sta is assigned that is where they remain, thay ain't dade punks

Surely when some of you make these comments, you make them without knowing your facts. First of all Central traveled to play to teams last year when they were both ranked # 1 nationally at the time of the contest. So the argument about them being afraid to play STA is ridiculous. Secondly these decisions are mostly about finances. If you follow closely some of these districts were originally scheduled to be 10 team. If Central moved to that 10 team district there wouldve been no games against BTW, NW or CC. Schools have no way of know who is petitioning to move class. Finally STA and Central is in the works for SunLife this year so there!
